Well next year will be here in a few days, sometimes it feels like 2010 flew by and sometimes it felt like it was dragging. But the time that I've been waiting for is here, because I'll have the money I need to finish my pet project that I've been working on since August. And of course it's been a time of where I've been rethinking things, because you always see better with fresh eyes.

Basically right now I'm fighting with what I want to do right now. At the same time I've had another project rolling around in my head and I told myself I'm going to wait till I've finished what I started FIRST before I go onto something new. That's because I don't want to fall into the trap of trying to do too many projects at once. So my dillema is what I want to work on FIRST.

Project 1
Investment: 3,500 - 4,000$ (Ka-ching)
Development time: 5-6 months
This is a full fledged pet site with all the trimmings plus a little extra. I know people will love it and it's my dream. I spend all my free time on it. It's a monster of a pet site.

Project 2
Investment: 500 - 1,000$
Development time: 2-3 months
This is a simple breeding sim, but in my opinion it's a legit ground breaker for the genre. It's not a full pet site but is too big to be a simple side-game that I can tack on to my first project. On the plus side I can get it done quickly and easily.

I'm fighting between wither I want to wet my feet with the smaller project first, before moving onto the big one. OR I can first do the big one and use the profit to work on the breeding sim. I also don't want to give my team the impression that I'm delaying on making Utasia or changing my mind. :/

Decisions, decisions. What would you do?
